Introducing a case where we were able to solve a customer's issue in one shot with Brodisk.

We received a request for the loan of a "Brodisk" from a customer in Mie Prefecture, and we would like to share a case where they visited to receive the product. The customer was experiencing issues at their sawmill where sawdust was bridging in the hopper, and even after hammering, the problem persisted, affecting their operations. They expressed a desire to install our product as soon as possible. After providing advice on the model and layout, we lent them the product. 0375 Bridge measures for pet-grade wood powder

Introducing a case where 12 Brodisks were installed, 3 on each side.

We provided the powder bridge prevention as a pet product. There was a significant variation in properties, including the moisture content of the materials, and it was introduced after testing with the customer's actual equipment. First, we reviewed the hopper diagram and guided the arrangement of the blow disks, and immediately after that, we lent the necessary quantity of our equipment.
